How do I order a new prescription?
Stop In: Bring your prescription to our pharmacy during regular business hours. We can typically fill your prescription within thirty minutes.
By Mail: Your physician can mail your new prescriptions to:

How much will my prescriptions cost?
This will vary depending on your insurance. We can typically answer this when you call us at 732-541-5411
How do I refill my prescription?
We manage the refill process for you. We will call to schedule your order about a week in advance of its due date. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any changes to your insurance or contact information.
Are you able to help reduce my out-of-pocket costs?
For our patients that are not able to afford the out of pocket costs for prescriptions, Carteret Pharmacy will work with you to identify co-pay card assistance, patient assistant program support, and/or charity organizations.
How will I know if my medications are covered under my insurance?
We encourage our patients to visit their insurer’s website to review a list of prescriptions their plans cover, or by calling your insurance company directly to find out what is covered.
How do I transfer my prescription to Carteret from another pharmacy?
You may stop by our pharmacy or call Carteret Pharmacy at 732-541-5411 to transfer your prescription. Please provide the name of the medication along with the name and phone number of the transferring pharmacy when you submit your transfer.
Do you have weekend and evening hours?
Our hours of operation are as follows:
Mon -Fri: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sat: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
How is my medication delivered?
Our Delivery Services personnel will deliver your medications the same day, to your work, home or physician’s office.
